I am currently following an elective called Contract & ICT (you guessed it, about ICT contracts) and I think you might have more of a hands on experience of things that (might) go wrong in the negotiation*, design and completion** process. * = Whos IP (intellectual property) does the software become? ** = When is the service delivered, when the software is writtten or when the employees of the company know how to work with it.
