I am currently following an elective called Contract &#38; ICT (you guessed it, about ICT contracts) and I think you might have more of a hands on experience of things that (might) go wrong in the negotiation*, design and completion** process.

* = Whos IP (intellectual property) does the software become?
** = When is the service delivered, when the software is writtten or when the employees of the company know how to work with it.

PS we are mainly discussing contracts of ASP systems etc.</description>
